FLY ON THE WALL

I originally came up with the idea for a 'Concept Album' sometime during the mid-1980s, while playing with a 3-piece rock band called 'Nobody's Fools'. I had written the basic storyline and a few of the songs, but it got shelved and left to sit on that shelf for years. Some time ago I re-discovered it, sitting in a folder at the bottom of a box in a cupboard. It was full of lyrics and musical ideas which seemed to be jotted down on whatever was handy at the time.

In the middle was a copy of my 'Concept' idea. All the character descriptions and some musical themes to match. I decided then to start writing and recording the material and see what comes out of it. I have been working on the project on and off over the last few years, writing new songs and music, and demoing up the tracks. However, I would like to get other voices involved to sing the character parts. At the moment I sing all the parts except some of the female vocals which have been sung on these demos by Eleanor Reid The playlists below are demo recordings of the tracks, (works-in-progress), split into the two acts. Or; Side A & Side B! I will be updating these tracks as more gets done on them.
